All in all a very good and recommendable place to stay. To find the apartment, it would be helpful to give the street name and house number.

Very well-kept garden. House inviting and clean. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, in the children's room there is a fan. Living/kitchen has ceiling fan. The kitchen is well stocked, only the fridge didn't cool very well, maximum level 3. Beautiful terrace with plastic rattan furniture, but unfortunately no seat cushions, there were no cushions on the plastic loungers in the garden either, and there were no parasols either. There are no palm trees anymore. The brick outdoor grill is a bit dilapidated.

This year it was a very rainy holiday. When it rains heavily, the accommodation is immediately washed over by runoff water from the slope, three years ago the water even ran straight through the building. Fortunately, this did not happen this year, but since then even the simplest structural measures that would effectively prevent renewed flooding have been omitted. We advise any tenants to have 2-3 sandbags ready in the event of heavy rain (which fortunately rarely occurs), with which the door at the back can be provisionally protected. However, water actually still ran (albeit little) through the neighboring building adjoining wall in the living room. We reported this to management.
