Villa am Großen Garten

The villa is in a good location. Public transportation is in the immediate vicinity. However, the garden is very unkempt. The apartment is very nice at first glance, with wooden French doors and large rooms, but unfortunately, it's not really clean. Dust and cobwebs in the corners, a drawer with caraway seeds that weren't yesterday's, the coffee machine was completely dirty upon arrival, the oven door glass was broken, and the balconies were very unkempt (ashtrays were overflowing upon arrival). We have informed the owner.

The apartment is very quiet thanks to the new windows; very good public transport connections (train, bus, tram); bakery, drugstore, and other smaller shops/snack bars are within easy walking distance; zoo and city center are just a few minutes away; Apple TV - a better description would be helpful here, as not everyone is familiar with Apple; landlord is very helpful with questions, very friendly, and very easy to reach

The entrance area and the stairs were very dusty. The kitchen appliances in the kitchen were covered in dust. The recliner was in the reclining position and could not be adjusted. The operation of the light switches is very confusing... The coffee machine had not been cleaned and was therefore unusable. In the bathroom, the lamp around the mirror was not properly wired.

The apartment is cozy and has large rooms. The fireplace and the large kitchen are an absolute highlight! The apartment is located in a very beautiful residential area with many old houses. The S-Bahn and tram are only 5 minutes away.

High quality furnishings. Very convenient location.
