Bedrooms

The two bedrooms are almost identical in size and are separated by a sliding mirrored partition. One room comes furnished with a double bed and the second with a super king size bed. The super king size bed can be separated into two single beds. Both bedrooms have large windows.

Bathrooms

The fully-tiled bathroom comes with a bath with overhead shower attachment, a toilet, and a washbasin with vanity unit below and mirror above.

Living Area

The grand entrance hall leads on to the cosy living room with an ornate fireplace, a three seater sofa and two individual chairs. Large French windows lead out onto a pretty covered terrace, complete with a ceiling fan will keep you cool on those hot days. Relax on the terrace or on the sofa and watch a bit of TV either in English or French, use the Wi-Fi provided throughout the apartment.

Kitchen

The white kitchen has traditional units and comes well-equipped with a four-ring hob and extractor fan, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils guests could require to prepare some home cooked food. The small but adequate dining area can also be found in the kitchen, and consists of a modern dining table with four chairs.

Near Rue Verdi there is a lush green park area in close proximity to the apartment which is ideal for families and children. Just a ten minute walk to the beach and Promenade des Anglais. Choose to stroll through the smaller streets of the Pedestrian Zone with its paved side cafés and restaurants leading to the The Old Town of Nice with its with its lively cafes, restaurants and shops which is only a 20 minute walk away.

Public Transport

Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a 10 minute walk. The 99 airport bus drops you off at Gare SNCF station. Your nearest tram stop is 'Jean Medecin' outside Nice Etoile shopping mall.
