• Beds: Brand Barn has two king sized doubles with ensuites, a single bedroom with a 3ft bed and a bunk room with two full sized bunks and a single bed. Vancouver boasts 2 master bedrooms with ensuites, twin bedroom with 3ft single beds and a 3^rd bedroom with full-sized bunks. Sewell Barn is smaller with a king sized double room and ensuite, perfect for those who want a bit of quiet time away from the group.
• Luxuries: flat screen Smart TV with Freeview package, DVD and sound system, catering options, hot tub option to hire, table tennis, dart board, flat screen TV with freeview package, underfloor central heating, barbeque.
• General: Woodburner, open fire, baskets of logs and coal provided.  
• Utilities: Each individual barn is equipped with the essentials such as dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, tumble dryer, electric hob, built-in-oven.
• Standard:  Kettle, toaster.
• Other: Bed linen and towels provided, high chairs and travel cot. Please bring cot bedding and mattresses.
• Outdoors: Each individual barn has a private terrace with table and chairs. Beyond these is a large area of lawn extending around the three barns. Beyond the garden is a wooded area and 3,000 acres of heathland, meadows and arable farm - with numerous walks and bridle paths.
• Parking: Private parking for 4 or more cars. There is an electric car charging point if needed (socket only, please bring along your own charging lead).
• The barns may be booked separately for smaller parties
