The pool should be renovated and there should be more shady areas around the pool.

At first glance it looks OK, but if you look more closely you can see a few defects. For example, some of the fly screens are flying out of their frames. The tiles in the pool are falling out. In one of the bathrooms you have to hold the shower partitions because the bracket in the wall has broken. You can't plug in the toaster because the fuse blows. The children's rocker is bent or broken. The table tennis table is no longer there. The whirlpool's frame is flying off. All in all, cleanliness is OK, comfort is okay.

The house and its location are beautiful! But: various smaller and larger technical defects show that the house is not carefully maintained. It's a shame!

Weak WiFi, final cleaning was billed again on site although it was actually already included in the rental price, electricity was billed at 50 euro cents per kwh, which de facto includes an additional margin, some things were broken and not really clean, kitchen poorly equipped, care before location poor, pictures on the internet look much better than the object on site, this was the first house where our travel group agreed that we would never visit it again...

Excellent house but somewhat outdated decor: too old mattresses, old bathrooms, weak WiFi, kitchen equipment could be better for this price range. But nice location and pool. What did bother me was the greatly exaggerated bill for electricity: 0.75 euros per kWh, which is at least three times the real price of electricity in Italy. It is not possible that so much profit is taken on this.

The property is well kept (separate maintenance for pool visits property regularly). The owner who I talked on the phone speaks fluent English but the couple who gave the keys and explained electricity costs (outside gate is a meter) etc talked only Italian but we managed. 3 bedrooms are in the main building upper floor. In the pool house there are 2 bedrooms, the other has access to pool. All rooms have aircon and bathroom. You need a car to get to shops & restaurants. Radicofani village nice!

Perfect home, very big, great pool! Only WiFi can be improved. Radicofani is only a small village, so shopping in bigger supermarkets requires some driving.

Overall we were very satisfied and can warmly recommend the house. Except for a few little things like pool light, etc., everything was in very good condition and offered everything you need. But there was one fly in the ointment. Electricity billing upon departure is unacceptable. They charge 0.75 euros kW/h, which is double or triple the electricity price, so it adds to the additional costs. The deposit paid was not enough to cover the electricity costs. I ask Interhome to check this as well, as I have never experienced anything like this when renting a house or apartment. WLAN also only in a small area. Clean pool, deliver top for wood for pizza oven. Everything including kitchen, seating etc. for 10 people very well equipped

Absolutely fantastic a place you want to go again ...

Really good and spacious rooms in both houses. Each has its own toilet and shower facilities which work just fine! We also had a chef one night who prepared a great meal! Pool area with whirlpool at once awesome! There is no substitute for that view from the pool! Everything worked just fine!

House was clean and beautiful. Amazing view to hills. Pool size was good and it was clean. The house was bit far from everything like bigger supermarket.
