The apartment was very clean, except for a spot between two beds. The kitchen facilities were great, what we missed was a toaster and a kettle (both were available last winter). The location is perfect, the indoor pool is a bit old. The time window for check-in was very late and very short, between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Practical and functional apartment with enough storage space. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use. A clothes rack on the balcony would be practical and desirable.

Well-equipped flat with amazing views towards the Piz Medel glaciers. Sleeps six comfortably. Friendly staff at the the residence made our stay a pleasure!

In fact, there are two bedrooms and a sleeping alcove. Nevertheless, the apartment is well suited for 6 people.

The Acletta holiday apartment is 2 km from the village center of Disentis and 150 meters higher. Unfortunately, the first local bus, which would drive to the front door, only leaves at 9:30 a.m. and the last from the train station at 5:20 p.m. if you go hiking in summer, you have a very small time window to enjoy the local bus. The 150 vertical meters must always be mastered on foot. The price of the rubbish bag should be included in the rental price.

The apartment was big enough for 6 people and the kitchen was adequately equipped, but important things were missing like hand soap, dishwashing liquid, trash can, drying rack etc. The room was very dirty. We paid for the cleaning but had to do it ourselves. The bed sheets... and the pillows have yellow edges. A use of the sauna was impossible due to the opening hours and the visit to the baths was severely restricted. Reception rarely open and/or unfriendly.

Super equipped apartment. The whole Utoring facility is ideally suited for ski holidays. The house is close to the cable car and the Sax ski school. In the house there is a ski room and a ski boot room right next to the apartment. Other advantages are the swimming pool, bus stop right in front of the house, WiFi, daily bread delivery service and 24-hour drinks fridge. Ideal for family vacations.

The apartment is impeccable. Only the mattresses are partly an impertinence. The building itself, well 70s/80s style. Access from the garage with steps. Indoor pool rather cool water temperature.
