It's also one of the largest homes in Vilano Beach, with over 4000 square feet including 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms - great for groups with up to 13 guests.

1. You're surrounded by walkable outdoor adventures. Tromp north and you can check out the boardwalk at sunset at Nease Beachfront Park. To the west, you can fish the Tolomato River. Head east and you'll find yourself lounging on one of the area's best (and most chill) beaches. Or just amble down to the end of the block to toss the ball around at the neighborhood park.

2. You can also hit the city. Don't let your nature-infused surroundings fool you; this home is also just four miles from downtown St. Augustine and the quaint, walkable streets of the city's historic district.

3. Its two primary bedrooms. Skip the interpersonal tension about who scored the biggest room. This home features dual primary suites – each with great closet space and an ensuite bathroom.

4. It feels even bigger than it is. The impressive square footage here only tells half the story. In fact, the soaring coffered wood ceilings in the main room will give your group a genuine 'whoa' moment before you've even put down your bags.

5. The heated saltwater pool and hot tub. Nothing against chlorine; it's the go-to sanitary solution for a lot of pretty great pools.
