Tucked inside a quiet gated community, this spacious six-bedroom home is made for group getaways, with a private boat slip, breezy balconies, and enough room for everyone to spread out. The vibrant streets of Old Town are just a few minutes away by car, bike, or golf cart if you're feeling adventurous. Or, you can take it easy, dipping in the pool, or firing up the grill for a sunset dinner. Thoughtful touches like free gym access makes island life feel like a home-from-home.

*You'll have complimentary access to FYT, a nearby gym.
*There’s free parking for up to four cars and a boat trailer on the driveway.
*The private dock can accommodate one boat up to 40 feet, but there is no power or pump-out service provided. Navigating the Florida Keys can be tricky, so local boating knowledge is advised.
*The ceiling fans in each bedroom only work when the corresponding lights are turned on.
*At full occupancy, six guests will be sharing one room – including two bunk beds with doubles at the bottom. The top bunks are probably best suited for younger guests.
