Returning home from a day at sea, a big private swimming pool awaits alongside a barbecue station and wet bar for sustenance. The shaded terrace is home to a laid-back games room and there’s a fire pit for rare chilly evenings. Inside, it’s three floors of shining modernity with a gourmet kitchen and sunny lounge at ground level. An additional family loft room on the top floor opens up to a suntrap terrace and acts as a fifth bedroom with a double sofa bed.

*All of the bedrooms are upstairs, so this place may not suit those with limited mobility.
*At capacity, two guests will be on the sofa bed in the loft living room.
