The land and the fabulous pool, the house can be improved.

The best of the house, without a doubt the pool and the garden. In addition, the beach is very close to walk and there is a Mercadona next to the house to go shopping. The worst thing is that it does not have air conditioning and the furniture is a bit old. Also that having so much garden there are many ants, but in the end we managed to keep them at bay and we had a great week.

We arrived at night we collected the keys in a Hotel, it was an adventure to discover with which to open the doors, many stairs to climb, without any light ... we finally found where to turn on. We saw a house with old furniture, some broken and very dirty curtains! tired and with 2 small children ... the next day we woke up invaded by ants! in the beds, kitchen, bathrooms ... etc, in the garden you could not walk barefoot, you were attacked !! the television did not work nor the washing machine

I went with children and grandchildren, in total we were 6 people from 17-76 years. Everyone is very happy, especially with the pool, which you could dive in. A little worn indoors, but not so much to disturb. Comfortable beds, and nice living room, good kitchen. Nice plot with both sun and shade. It is worth noting, however, that it is a long steep staircase from the street up to the house. Stairs also down to the pool area. Can be difficult with / for toddlers and people with limited mobility. Highly recommend it anyway!

Very well equipped and comfortable house. The best area is the garden and pool. The pool was very clean, the barbecue was very good, although a few days later there was a smell of stagnant water in that area.
