The designated apartment was cold and not heated. Very small for 4 people let alone 6. After complaining we were immediately given the choice of 2 other apartments. The choice was better but still no heating, we were advised to turn on the oven with the door open! Otherwise clean but beds sagged and floor creaked terribly, heard throughout the building. Dishwasher guides were broken, no drying rack for clothes and towels. In short, not 4 stars but a meager 2 stars.
