Comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped small cottage in a tranquil location. It was ideal for exploring the coast of Pen Llŷn and a little way into Eryri. The wi-fi was a little flaky, needing repeated log-in, but that didn’t detract from my visit - I was there to enjoy the coast and countryside, not spend time on the internet!

The location of Ty Woms was perfect for a quiet holiday retreat and it was situated in lovely surroundings.. The cottage was very clean and well appointed and we really enjoyed our stay. The only problems we experienced were that we could not get the heated towel rail to work and due to the lack of water pressure the shower was reduced to a dribble. Otherwise it was fine.

The cottage contents and facilities did NOT match the description in the advert.. It was a mish mash of well worn furniture, settee very uncomfortable rickerty table, only a very limited amount of freeview available on a very small tv. the list is endless we are sending an email to you with more details. May I suggest that you be more careful when describing property as a letting agent it is your name that suffers. and why no visitors book? Regards L.A. Chambers

Cottage tired, kitchen and bathroom okay, bed uncomfortable and lounge full of mismatch dark brown furniture, pictures and low 2 seater sofa, which we had to be heaved up from and a bald rug, all fit for tip.. The owner has since accused us of damaging rugs which we refuted. Of the compulsiory £75 bond she has said she will keep £45 but has not answered our emails and to date not returned any money. The owner came over and asked my husband had we had good time but did not like it when I said there was no dvd player as was advertised and was quite rude the way she replied, obviously did not like criticism.Sykes said they cannot make her return our bond, so obviously this matter has completely ruined which had been a restful holiday as I am recovering from new knee surgery and my husband badly needed holiday. Beware of crossing this lady, at your peril!!!!?

We stayed there with our little dog, the owners were on holiday and the property is the most ill equipped holiday let I have ever had the misfortune to stay at, the WiFi was useless. There was no DVD as on the description of the property, instructions about water heating etc was sparse and simply a fading label on the switch in the hallway. The TV was mediocre 19" and had non of the Freeview channels and on investigation found out why, the ariel was attached by string to the guttering downpipe at the side of the property. They also wanted a £75 so called housekeeping deposit. On the date of leaving the owner was rude and condescending and then blamed my dog for damage to a threadbare rug in the living room as were the mats in the doorway. Considering our dog doesn't chew (Undershot jaw prevents it anyway) and is never out of our sight, sleeps in a crate at night I find it very difficult to believe. The owner has conned us out of £75 for the so called damage and as pensioners something we can ill afford. In all a nice place to stay and ended up marred by the property owners accusations, this totally ruined the holiday experience. We only have one holiday a year and this has put us off going to Abersoch ever again. Avoid these cottages on this farm at all costs

An excellent cotrage for a couple.. Handily situated, clean and comfortable with dxtensive gardens and open space around. My only concern is that for newcomers it is not clearly signposted on the road outside. We had trouble finding Ty Woms on our first visit.
