Me, my wife, my mum, dad, brother, sister-in-law and our 4 children all enjoyed a fantastic weekend here. There is plenty of space for a family of 10 and the location is stunning; ideal for exploring the local area and attempting Snowdon as we did. The accommodation is very high quality and the outside space with the stream running next to the garden is particularly impressive and makes for a peaceful stay. Donna was very accommodating but we were unfortunately let down by the booking agent Sykes cottages so perhaps booked through another agent. Thank you Donna.

We could not have had a warmer welcome, we arrived to find a few treats, from a block of Welsh butter to a lovely bottle of bubbly.. The house was wonderful and our host called personally on the first evening to make sure we had everything we required.

We booked Ty Coch as a base to do some activities in Snowdonia.. It was in celebration of my sister's 60th birthday and it was the first time that the 7 of us siblings had stayed under the same roof for 40 years. It was great. The house is clean, spacious, well equipped and well furnished. At no time did we feel cramped together or tripping over each other. There was plenty of room to chill out in the spacious kitchen diner, watch tv in the lounge, or play table football in the basement. I would recommend it highly to anyone and my brothers wife is already looking to book it for a similar family outing with her brothers and their wives. Thank you.

Fantastic house, brilliant location especially if intending to climb Snowdon, plenty of room for the 8 of us plus 3 dogs.. Nice touch with welcome pack and doggie treats. Double and twice room on the top floor do have to travel to the lower level for the bathroom or the middle level for the loo, shame the middle floor loo hasn’t been made into a shower room, plenty of room if a little taken from the hall. Both families have had a fab time, thank you very much

The house was fantastic for our stay.. Absolutely ideally placed for our welsh 3000 charity hike. The Jacuzzi bath was a big hit with all the aching muscles! We can not thank Donna and Steven our hosts enough for all they did for us . They went above and beyond. We will be back and thoroughly recommend.

We've just spent a few days between Christmas and the New Year at this delightful house in Llanberis. There were ten of us plus a dog and the house offers ample accommodation over three floors. There are five bedrooms (3 double and 2 twin) so everybody gets a proper bed. No put-u-ups or futons. It's clear that the place has had a total makeover and the furnishings and equipment are very modern and new. When we arrived, the house was spotless. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), a bathroom. a small games room and a utility room with a washer dryer. There is also a door out to a lawned and decked area. The first floor has a very large kitchen dinner with room for ten dining. The kitchen equipment is very up-to-date. On this floor there is also a large lounge with a TV and DVD. It has a small balcony overlooking the garden The front door is on this floor and there is also a toilet. On the second floor are a further 2 bedrooms. Outside there is parking space for 3 cars. The house is about 100 yards from the main road through Llanberis. Overall, this house offers excellent accommodation and is in a very good location for exploring this part of North Wales. It's a shame that there are no shower facilities on the top floor as it means a trip to the ground floor for those people. To add this, or to make the first floor toilet into a small shower room would be the only improvement I would suggest. Overall, this is an excellent base to use for exploring the area and we are very likely to go there again.
