OK from technical point of view. Furnitures and equipments are not new but they work. Matrasses are comfortable. There was small colony of ants in the kitchen and livingroom, but noone was beaten. The apartment has poor location between main road and a railway. Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant due to strangers (owners as it later appeared) who were showing on the possession unappointed on the random time of a day which really affected our privacy. There are cameras pointing. Grrr...
