Very pleasant apartment, well equipped, a warm atmosphere (nice decoration, rich library, DVDs, CDs, board games... which personalizes the place and you feel a bit at home. Quiet residence during the week, less so on weekends... Residence well located for access to the beach, shops and the town of Denia.

Good location, but accommodation that is becoming a little dilapidated over the years compared to the price. Uncomfortable 140 cm bed, dated furniture, shower joints to be redone.

Apartment very well oriented with the beach nearby. Great restaurant very nice on the beach. Shopping center nearby 10 minutes from the center of Denia, with an exceptional view, in the evening and a great restaurant and bars on the harbor.

Very good rental, very well equipped. Internet working great. Easy to park on the property. Pleasant swimming pool and sea nearby. The insulation of the apartment could have been better but it is the case of all the buildings I feel. Adult bedroom bed a bit small and too soft for us. A hair dryer might be missing.
