We have stayed here before so knew that it would be great.. Could not fault the accommodation. The gym andreception area were really good as was the swimming pool. Just sorry that the nearby restaurant and golf club are now closed, but of course that is not Brunston's fault. I would recommend this lodge to anyone wanting a base from which to travel to the many interesting places in the area

Just got back Sat.. 23/6/2019 from this house to find an E mail from you saying you had reduced the cost of this house by £150.00. I feel like I have been ripped off!! Will not be back with you, and please cancel all further E mails and correspondence.

The accommodation was really excellent, very clean and comfortable.. We had everything we needed for a great holiday with a mixed group of adults. The resort itself is also extremely well looked after, clean and with the pool/bar/seated area which was great. It was also very peaceful and having our meals outside was super. The staff were very welcoming. We went on plenty of local walks, cycles to Barr & back over the hills and trips to Girvan & Ayr.

The house was spacious, clean and well equipped.. The swimming pool, gym and games room were good for the children although the weather was so beautiful we hardly used them. The coast is only fifteen minutes drive away and you can find quiet beaches if you're prepared to do a little walking. You can also reach the Galloway Forest in less than an hour with its picturesque lochs and hills. This is a great property in a beautiful part of the country and at a good price.

A group of 5 adults and 2 children, age range 13 months to 86 years, we recently spent 2 weeks in this property. It was spacious and very comfortable and clean. Ideal for our family get together. We appreciated the beautiful rural setting. The grounds were very well kept. The weather was bad and it was good to have the use of the pool. The fact that you had to be accompanied was irksome. Unfortunately the games room was closed due to renovations and this was very disappointing, given that we had 2 very lively children in our group! We feel that management should have made better alternative arrangements for paying guests. Similarly, the fact that tumble dryers were not readily available was disappointing! Despite our disappointment with the resort facilities we would intend to return to Turnberry 4. An excellent property which we highly recommend to others.

A small problem with the shower not staying up in master bedroom.. Apart from that it was amazing! The house had everything needed to make it a home from home. We found if you wanted days out a car was a must. Would definitely recommend Heads of Ayr Park. However, on site facilities were excellent if you want to stay closer to home.

We were very lucky to have a lodge with the balcony overlooking the trees. We really enjoyed the clean pool and sauna which while we were there was not busy.

Excellent location for touring the area and spotting various wildlife. It was also near to Cairnryan port, so were also able to have a day trip to Belfast! Staff were friendly, as were the locals, no matter who you come across within the local village of Dailly, they would stop and have a chat. Ron the local rambler conducted good walking tours and had a wealth of local knowledge and history.

We stayed for two weeks, it was a very comfortable, clean and well equipped house. It's location means you have to travel to most places. The pool and games room was great especially on the wet days! The only complaint we had was the road leading to the estate, it is in need of repair. We had teenagers with us and would have enjoyed a wee bit of entertainment at night, however the lodge had a tv and DVD so a movie night saved the day. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our break.
