The carpeting in the hallway and in the bedroom was very worn and stained. In addition, the radiators must be bled. The water line needs to be checked. As soon as you turned on the hot water, there was a squeaking noise and a banging. This was also communicated when the keys were handed over.

Very dirty. Not cleaned properly

The apartment is functionally furnished. It is sufficient for pure overnight stays. When it comes to the equipment in the kitchen, some things could be renewed or purchased (if you want to cook there).

Not necessarily suitable for older people.

An oven would be beneficial. Unfortunately not available. Overlooked when booking. Would be a reason for me not to book the apartment.

The heating and the lamp in the bathroom were broken. The blind in the bedroom. Despite complaints nothing was done.

For 2 adults + 2 children okay, couch already worn out, mold on the bathroom window, TV very bad sound, kitchen, small wall door, pulls through because it is defective, nothing for 4 adults because the couch is much too small. The heating did not work, it was cold in the apartment Furnished. (No oven, wooden spoons, etc. would have to get new ones) Several times a day there was always a humming sound as if someone were drilling holes in a wall, even at night. We were out a lot, so only there to sleep. We would rather spend a little more. Otherwise okay. Great location

We stayed here with our 4 year old daughter and really enjoyed our time. The accommodation was equipped with everything you need and was relatively spacious overall. In the evening it is quiet, everyone had a restful sleep. However, we were out and about a lot more than in the accommodation and rated the accommodation as very good for our requirements. We would come back!

Dingy, worn-out apartment, the sofa sagged, there was a bowl under the toilet because the toilet was leaking, the faucet in the bathroom was leaking, in the kitchen a chair had to be in front of a hatch in the floor because the door would otherwise open.

The condition of the apartment is unacceptable, a leaking toilet drain, the landlord put the cereal bowl under it, leaking mixer tap in the bathroom at the sink, leaking shower hose, dirty, stained and torn carpeting in the hallway and bedroom, broken wardrobe handle in the bedroom...

Good accommodation with functional facilities. Directly behind the dike is great! We liked it as a couple. Recommended for the price.

The location is a bit remote, but in 2 minutes you are on the dike and have a nice view of the harbor. The apartment is a bit old, but functional. Price performance ratio is very good. We will be back!

As always were very satisfied

The beds were an impertinence. Loud creaking with every movement, broken slats on the slats were poorly patched with tape, plus very soft mattresses. Clock without a battery, under-cabinet lamp in the kitchen broken, gurgling heating and leaking mixer taps. All in all not satisfactory.

The sofa was pretty run down. Lots of stains and just gross and uncomfortable! The bed was pretty narrow for tall people, it wasn't even 2 meters! Actually, when we booked, the photos showed a washing machine that wasn't available! There was also no oven in the kitchen, which I think is a shame for a holiday apartment. Likewise, just a tea towel. I am quite disappointed with this accommodation and will not recommend it!!!

The garden, which one could use, does not exactly invite you to spend time. There should also be enough garden furniture. The existing WLAN is also not really stable, if all residents use it, you are thrown out of the network... Otherwise the apartment was fine...

The apartment can be further recommended if the carpet in the hallway and bedroom is cleaned or relocated. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room should be replaced urgently. The sofa is very worn, dirty and full of stains too narrow, darkening is insufficient. Stay: 22-29.09.19 A.-Anna B.

the interior of the accommodation is simple and clean. I was very pleased.

We were 8 times in this house and 2 times on the upper floor. The apartment is clean, adequately equipped and is located directly on the dike. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable for Norddeich. If you don't expect a lot of luxury, you'll find very good accommodation here. We will be back!

Slight mold on the bathroom window.

We were with 2 adults + 2 children in the apartment and satisfied, simply furnished, clean, easy handling. Would recommend this property and book again. Bakers are within easy walking distance and the beach is only about 10 minutes' walk away.

Central location on the dike and harbour

I didn't want to buy a folding rule to measure the bed, but I felt the bed was 90 x 190 cm and not 100 x 200 cm. It was also annoying that all the plugs were pulled everywhere. Why is that? Even from the bedside lamp. off is off If that is not enough for you, you should then consistently switch off all fuses, then the stove will not switch on either. So instead of watching the news on time, I first had to search for channels with a remote control that was stuck together with adhesive plaster, in order to then have the channels after the news was over. Pluses collected the bathroom. Large shower, enough water, shower head from which water comes and not just a few drops. The Leifheit was also good for hanging laundry to dry.
