Trevor Cottage is an individual, terraced character cottage, situated on a quiet residential street in Llandudno and can sleep eight people. There is a king-size double bedroom, two double bedrooms, a second floor twin bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is roadside parking, an enclosed front garden and an enclosed rear lawned garden with decked area with furniture. Trevor Cottage is a wonderful holiday cottage.

Area
The Victorian seaside town of Llandudno has a grand promenade, two beaches, and a good selection of shops, pubs and eateries. For superb views over the town and coast, head up the magnificent Great Orme using the tramway or cable car. The rest of the north Wales coast is easily accessible, as are the delights of Snowdonia, and the beaches and villages of Anglesey

The Cottage was wonderful! Spacious, Spotlessly Clean, Excellent location just 2 minutes from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor was lovely with some classic features. I particularly enjoyed the roll top bath. The communication was great with regards to keys and an email containing tips and local information was very helpful

Trevor Cootage is ideally based for a family or group visiting Llandudno.. Close to al the amenities but tucked away in its own little haven. Just the right comination of country cottage meets stylish interior to make it a very comfortable base. Safe walled gardens front and back, ideal for dogs or children.

The accommodation was clean but in a superficial way.. Given Covid situations I was expecting near perfection and an immaculately clean property. Instead, the deep seated cleanliness was not there. Surfaces were fine, but just dust on door ledges, curtain rails, ALL doors downstairs had drink drips down them, the paintwork near the front door was grubby, the shower tray clean enough inside but grime and dirt in the corners near the floor. Nearly all the large plates were chipped, parts of the cooker needed attention. This is not a weekly cleaning issue which seems adequate enough but oversight of the property. The property has a charm and is well positioned.

Initially had problem contacting owner for key details but phone call to Sykes quickly resolved the problem.. Trevor cottage exceeded our expectations,no wonder it is so booked up quickly,it was spotlessly clean and so homely.The location is perfect for shopping and lots of walks,just seconds from main beach and pier and about a 15 minute walk to West shore beach where my dog loves going for a good long run when the sea was out,but very windy,so wrap up.Comfy beds,easy to use central heating and log burning fire made it a homely stay especially during Storm Dennis, facilities were excellent and certainly value for money .

Superb location.. Right in the town centre, next to the sea but also very peaceful. House was very clean and cosy with just the right amount of space for all of us...On our trip,we visited Conwy, Betws y coed and Llanwrst and all were lovely and in easy reach ..can recommend the King's head which is in walking distance, food was excellent

Had another fab family Christmas here.. Better than when we came 4 years ago as you had definitely improved the facilities over the years with extra dishes and bigger fridge freezer. Beds are so comfy, lovely new suite in the lounge, so convenient to everything, so lovely. We love it here and have booked again for next year. We could have done with slightly bigger towels, whisk, and tray for cooking Yorkshire puds. We also had much fun opening the green food backs for waste as they were near on impossible to open. We would really recommend staying here, it's a huge gorgeous cottage with room for a larger family. I can see how wonderful the outdoor area is in the summer.

The cottage was so lovely warm and welcoming.. We arrived on a rainy Friday evening at 9.00and it was wonderful that the heating was on. It doesn't always happen. It made a difference. Excellent location for both shopping and walks along the promenade.. Parking a bit of a nuisance but will usually find somewhere nearby. Trevor Cottage is clean, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc. We stayed in November and the central heating kept the cottage lovely and warm. Lovely cottage in a lovely location

This was our second visit to Trevor Cottage and it was just as good as the first time last year.. It is in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from the beach & promenade and very close to all the shops and restaurants. The cottage itself is immaculate .... a real “home from home”, very doggie friendly and with all modern facilities we couldn’t wish for a nicer place to stay. We look forward to returning again for a short winter break next year !!

A return visit (one of several) to this attractive characterful house.. So conveniently located, close to the Promenade and sea yet right by the shops and restaurants. Warm and friendly, especially at Christmas. Thanks to Lucy for all the Christmas decorations. An impressive Christmas Tree! Just one or two small maintenance niggles (not unexpected at the end of a busy letting year) and some areas beginning to look a bit tired and in need of a freshen up. We will speak separately to Lucy re those, but nothing to spoil yet another very enjoyable week at Trevor Cottage.

Trevor cottage was everything we wanted, it was very comfortable, everything we needed was available.. Nice comfortable home and great position. We are in the market to purchase a holiday let and this was a good basis for us, a great standard for us to work to, all we would add would be a welcome basket and information pack, surrounding area etc

Llandudno is a splendid place and Trevor Cottage was in the perfect location.. The house was very clean and generally well equipped. However, though it sleeps eight people, the living room would not in any way accommodate that number. As it was, it was very " cosy" for six adults. One us always had to sit on a hard chair when we were all together. I suggest that the chest of drawers be removed in favour of another sofa. Otherwise, we had a lovely time.

Lovely clean cottage in a fantastic location.. Close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Great base for exploring North Wales. The cottage itself was spacious and clean and and a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. The only slight negative is that the fridge/freezer was very small and not a great deal of space if 8 people wanted to cook every day/night. Fortunately, we didn’t as there are so many lovely places to eat within 5 minutes walk. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend it. I would definitely go back again.

The cottage was lovely and as well situated as we'd hoped, so close to the sea and shops and yet very quiet inside.. Lucy drove over to deliver light bulbs as 4 were not working. She is very available and helpful. The only complaint we had was the very small fridge and the very small freezer that doesn't work properly. I was with 2 friends and we filled it easily and it's a house that fits up to 8 adults so it would be great to have a fridge/freezer to fit that many! Do beware unless you have a blue badge you can't park outside, but I found it easy to find somewhere to park only a few minutes walk away.

Trevor cottage is ideally located.. It's so close to the promenade the pier and the beach. It's got all you need inside to make your holiday great. Don't be out of by the word cottage. It's very spacious inside plenty of room for everyone.

The location of this property cannot be improved upon, quite literally only 2 minutes from the promenade and a little over 5 to the pier or restaurants/bars etc.. The property itself is very versatile in terms of sleeping arrangements having 3 double bedrooms on the first floor and two singles in the attic room. None are en-suite but there is a bath/toilet on the same floor as the double beds. and a shower/toilet on the ground floor. This did not cause us any problems at all. The property is situated on a small side street off the promenade so car parking is limited to picking things up or dropping things off. There are loads of free parking streets around but these spaces are quickly snapped up by day visitors to the town. That said even the furthest away that we parked was still less than 10 minutes walk back. The facilities provided were very good throughout although we did have to clean some of the oven racks and utensils before first using them. This was probably just an oversight and only a very minor issue for us. Overall a very pleasant stay had by one and all in a great property and in a great location. I would highly recommend it.

Great Cottage situated in a perfect location only a 2 minute walk to the seaside with shops and restaurants a similar distance in the opposite direction.. Parking is a nightmare had to park our car a 10-minute walk away. Bedrooms lovely with very comfey beds although sleep can be challenging as them seagulls never stop squawking day and night. Spotlessly clean inside and well equipped with only 2 minor-ish gripes. The main oven didnt work so had to use the much smaller oven which was very narrow. The fridge is way to small to accommodate larger family and the freezer was so blocked full of ice it was impossible to put anything in there. Saying that though there are countless shops and places to eat out within a very short walking distance so if you dont mind eating out a lot then this is the place for you...

The cottage was in a great location, very close to all amenities yet tucked away and very quiet.. Very spacious which meant we were not on top of one another, enabling us to relax and enjoy the holiday. Fittings were to a high standard. Everything thought of including books, DVDs and a drawer full of games etc. Really good that dogs were allowed too. Would recommend this to anyone.

Trevor Cottage is superb.. It's in a fantastic location a minute from the sea front and a few minutes walk into the town centre for shops, restaurants etc. It's spacious, yet cosy and the photographs really don't do it justice. Ours was a short break for a family birthday, comprising six adults, two children and a baby and it was more than spacious, plus fully equipped for the baby and kitchen equipment to make a big family meal. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and we loved the decor, Lucy has obviously put lots of effort into unique, individual touches that made it feel special. We hope to return - if it's ever available again - and understand why it's so popular!

Trevor Cottage was absolutely perfect a wonderful home in a great location.. Parking’s easy, the promenade opposite is £3 for 24hrs and there’s free parking nearby. I’d go back tomorrow without hesitation.

I stayed at this cottage in July 2017 as part of a group of 4 adults & 3 children (2 x 3yr olds & a 6 month old). I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough. They really have thought of everything. The arrangement for obtaining the keys was great & the owner easy to contact & quick to respond. The house was spotless when we arrived & we have no complaints about anything. Firstly the location is amazing & would be hard to beat. A 2 minute walk to the shops & the pier, less than a minute to the beach - just perfect especially with young children, makes things so much easier! Although so close to everything it's lovely & quiet, except for the seagulls of course! The living room is inviting, & a great space for children to play & grown ups to relax in the evening! The dining room is large and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is beautiful modern & extremely well equipped. The fridge-freezer is small for a house that sleeps 8 so bear that in mind if you're bringing food with you or are having it delivered as we did. There's a great garden at the back which is a real sun trap & our boys loved playing out there when we returned from our days out. It was a great bonus to have a downstairs toilet & shower room which again is immaculate & modern. Upstairs is the most beautiful bathroom with roll top bath & 3 really nice bedrooms with lovely comfy beds. The attic bedroom is great for kids (& for parent lie ins away from the noise!). It does get warm up there though but there's a fan on the landing area to make use of. The lack of parking was not an issue at all, we parked a few minutes walk away & could always find free parking even on a very sunny (& therefore busy weekend) in Llandudno. We all adored staying at Trevor Cottage & hope to return soon :)

We stayed for one week. The cottage was stunning. They have thought of everything. We had our grandson with us and I was more than impressed that safety gates were available. A fully equipped kitchen. And the most comfortable bed. Llandudno is a beautiful place lots to do plenty of eating places. I will be booking again. Thank you for making our break a wonderful stay xx

This was a short break for extended family to see a show in Llandudno. The weather was cold and at times very wet. We had my elderly in-laws with us so we could not spend much time outdoors. Trevor Cottage is perfectly placed for them to see the shops, Christmas Markets, the promenade and restaurants without having to walk any distance. The cottage is warm and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

This Cottage was ideally placed just a short walk to the seafront to the left and the high street to the right. Very well decorated by the owners in a very quite street, very good value for the money that we would have spent staying in a hotel. Very well kitted out with everything you might need, I will be back and recommending this Cottage to friends.
