Torretta Serviana

This is a house from the early 17th century. It has been slightly improved since then, with nice floors, very diverse furniture, with typical home equipment, not hotel equipment. The kitchen and living room are fine, both with a beautiful view. The windows and shutters are a bit worn, there are no intact mosquito nets. The bathrooms are quite good, apart from a micro shower cabin of poor quality downstairs and a strange door to the shower tray upstairs. Too bad, replacement is a small cost. Watch out for the plumbing - it suddenly pours boiling water and honks.

Atypical house, rustic and well located in the countryside and very clean. There is no kettle for tea, no coffee machine or toaster, no hot water in the kitchen.

The place is great, the housing outside is really atypical but the interior seriously leaves something to be desired. It's a shame! There is a real need for renovation.

This is a private paradise for those who appreciate past glory. Very atmospheric with beautiful terraces and an interior that exudes the last century. You have to love that not everything works, the sheets are a bit small and the bed has a dimple. if you can see through this this is a real gem that is close to the sights of Tivoli. The manager was very nice

All in all, the accommodation was okay, but not suitable for allergy sufferers! The facility is a bit dated and the walls in the bedroom were damp. We had to leave the accommodation early after 2 nights due to an allergic reaction and unfortunately we did not get a refund for the remaining days. The warm host only understood Italian and so we couldn't really explain the problem. A large property and a wonderful view are included.

Villa Torretta is an old, very attractive house. Big rooms. A beautiful terrace with breathtaking views of the town of Montecelio. Downside is the overdue maintenance: not all windows close properly, hot showers are sometimes interrupted, shower door is a bit rickety. But all in all positive! Manager Vincenzo is very helpful and service minded; nice that we can also speak some Italian.

A beautiful characteristic Italian house. A kind of castle. Spacious bedrooms. Large kitchen with plenty of crockery and pans. Cooking is done on a large gas bottle. Large terrace with exceptional view. Second terrace handy for the shade in the morning, then you have to move some furniture. Top floor 2nd bathroom to bedroom is simple but fine. Contact with owner is very friendly and helpful. English was a bit difficult, but perfect communication via google translate via email.
