The house and the location were fine for our holiday goal. The house was very basic and could use some more personal decoration. The kitchen was also very basic and a renovated kitchen would fit the price more. The available relax chairs were also unusable and in need of replacement. But nevertheless we would like to book again for next year.

The apartment was perfect! - clean, spacious and in an ideal location. My only suggestion would be the rooms could do with a few more mirrors! 6 ladies getting ready to go out with only 2 mirrors!!

Place is unique, apartment is from the old box. Everything is just not right, or it is broken, or it is not clean. Bad is a big word it's all old. The furniture, the chairs, the tables and the balustrade of the terrace.

Excellent apartment, spacious, clean and with simple but neat decoration. We have been very satisfaced. The only downside is that the kitchenware is a bit limited. We will be back as soon as we can.

This apartment has everything you need,great location with wonderful sea views. The host really has thought of everything great flow throughout the apartment really comfortable with everything you need to hand. Special mention to XXX in Interhome office who speaks fantastic English and helped us out with many issues due to Coronavirus no panic just really helpful made sure we were ok throughout our time, she didn't have to help us but she did. Absolute Angel.

Great location, very clean foyer & lifts. Apartment was large enough for 6 people with excellent views out the windows & off the balcony. No table on balcony as not enough room ( long & thin ). Not enough keys & had to keep checking / asking for keys off each other.

The apartment has a beautiful view and is very spacious. The additional east-facing balcony is ideal for breakfast in the morning sun. However, the sofas have sagged and the beds are very hard. The beds in the second bedroom are not suitable for adults, you can feel the spirals stinging your back. We had to put blankets on the mattress to be able to lie down a bit (we were four adults). A faulty water heater was quickly replaced. All in all, not perfect, but well worth it.

Great location but pretty substandard. Unsafe chairs held together with glue, lamp without a bulb, clock without a battery,broken air con remotes, discovered washing machine not working so had to wash, rinse & wring soapy washing by hand Bedding for 5: 2duvets &3 blankets, 2nd bathroom shower very small, no outside table- 3plastic chairs Kitchen good but only 1 wine glass. Clearly flat not prechecked as claimed. Key pick up is a long way from apartment, no parking & incnvenient if no transport.

With fantastic views over Levante beach, this apartment has a great positioning for the many bars and clubs of the new town. Two shower rooms were perfect for 6 people with plenty of room in the large apartment. It is on the 20th floor so no bugs to worry about, but did not feel at any time unsafe. Pool was large with plenty of Sunbeds.

This apartment is very spacious and well decorated. It has beautiful decor as well as comfortable surrounds. The location is perfect for the beach and nearby shops and the views are just amazing. Highly reccomended for those that wish to have a little more luxury and for those who like the peacefulness. As it is 20 floods up the elevator the sound from below is minimal making it a relaxing apartment to stay in.

The location and space in the apartment were superb and ample for 5 people. One of the rooms is a box room but the two twin rooms were a decent size with enough storage. The kitchen is fairly small but allowed to make basic meals. The bar on the balcony is a little loose and gives the feeling that it isn’t safe, so we looked the doors onto the balcony to save any accidents. The bathrooms are decent in size but both showers need some urgent attention. The heads of the showers leak out of the main seals and the mastic around the showers seals has eroded, meaning the bathroom floods quite considerably, so watch your step. One of the deck chairs by the window is broken and can not take weight so avoid them too. However apart from points above we had a great time in the apartment, loved the light airy space and wonderful views it offers.
