We stayed in a lovely little cottage ( Torbaig ) Beautiful location to explore surrounding areas on foot or by car.. Carsaig bay a place to gather your thoughts. Local people and way of life makes you want to move here. Tayvallich inn serves wonderful home cooked local sourced food. Definitely return one day.

Wonderful location.. All facilities both at the cottage and in the village are first class.Very friendly locals and reasonably priced pup food .Café a little pricey but you would have to be very discontented or discerning to notice.Took me several visits to realise, however, the location is out of this world. In easy motoring reach of the beautiful Tarbert and Isle of Gigha.Walk to nature reserve nearby is impressive.Managed to see a robin feeding a cuckoo.Great beach at Kilmory for swimming but allow for forty minutes due to picturesque and narrow road.Managed to see sea otters locally,so its a nature lovers paradise .

Tor Beag looks tiny from outside but is actually very spacious with good sized rooms and plenty of storage space! We had a very comfortable Easter week's stay (family of 3 adults, children of 8 and 12) and the cottage provided everything that we needed. It was great to come 'home' to Tor Beag after days out walking and exploring the area.. The location is excellent with a beatutiful beach with great views across to Jura a few minutes' walk in one direction and the village shop, inn and harbour in the other, and lots of interest in the locality. Very highly recommended!

Very comfortable and well appointed house.. Would benefit from Wifi and an airer outside to dry clothing. Only reason for not wanting to return is that I would prefer a property with a sea view.
