Whilst a few minutes drive, or 15 minutes walk sees you in Torquay s bustling harbour with attractions such as Living Coasts, Cockington Village, A big wheel, the pier and Princess Theatre. Take a ferry to Brixham or Dartmouth or jump on the steam train from Paignton to Kingswear. Heading northwards, takes you past Hopes Nose to Ansty s cove towards Babbacombe and the Cliff railway, Kents Cavern and Model Village. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include the historic naval city of Plymouth, Exeter, famed for its stunning cathedral and shopping, The Princess Theatre, Paignton Zoo, Dartmoor National Park, Torre Abbey, Agatha Christie s Greenacres. On entering this delightful split level coastal property, to your left you have the snug area, a great space for those wanting to relax with a good book after a long day upon the sands. You will also find here a separate WC. Following on you enter the kitchen/diner, the kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The lounge area is a great space to sit back and enjoy a good movie on the Smart TV or relax and listen to your favourite tunes after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. The balcony allows you to relax with your morning coffee and watch the world go by. Heading on up to the second floor you will find the remaining two bedrooms, the master with double bed and en suite shower room with WC and a twin room aimed at the youngsters in the family. Venture outside to the rear patio area, which can be accessed via the kitchen area, with garden furniture this truly is a beautiful setting on a summers evening and will allow you to sit back and enjoy al fresco dining. There is roadside parking available subject to availability. Also on offer for guest use is a private garage space.
