Apartment big enough for 4 people. Lots of storage space for clothes. Kitchen inadequate. Fridge without frost. With 38 degrees outside temperature, no chance of storing ice cream. No stove either. So no baking of bread rolls for breakfast. You have to drive 16 kilometers away to Opatija (Spar) to get fresh ones. No WiFi connection, too far away. The 2 large roof windows cannot be darkened either. This should also be improved.

Apartment is super nice on Oopatija. The pool is very nice and great with the kids. There were no restrictions on using the pool. Children could swim great. Kitchen a bit sparsely furnished in terms of kitchen utensils. Landlord very (!) nice and helpful.

Perfect welcome by the very friendly owner. Spacious and pleasant accommodation. On the other hand, the kitchen lacks basic equipment: oven/microwave, colander, salad spinner. No freezer as indicated in the description. Two large skylights without blinds therefore very early awakening in summer (6:00 a.m.). As for the WIFI connection, it was very capricious... Too bad! The rental is therefore not in accordance with the announcement... Well think of the payment of the deposit in CASH!
