The sheltered harbour and three miles of sandy beach make this area perfect for a seaside holiday, so whether it's swimming, windsurfing, canoeing, diving or just sunbathing, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The area is renowned for its walking and is a rambler's paradise, with a number of walks starting and finishing in Ventry itself.
