Thesis is slightly raised above Barcelona’s iconic La Rambla, so it doesn’t really get more central than this. While it’s not the most characterful home in our books, it has some stunning period features (the original tiles and adorning railings are our favourites). This home also overlooks Mercat de la Boqueria, one of the city's most loved markets full of fresh and local produce.
Home truths: *We noticed some marks on the ceiling above the sofa – the host is aware of this
*There’s an iron, but there’s currently no ironing board
*The decor is slightly lacking in character
*The wifi is a bit slow
*There’s no home manual, you may have to ask for help on how to use the appliances
*We also found some scratches on the coffee table in the living room
*Aside from the TV, there aren’t that many entertainment options
*Guests 5 and 6 would be on a sofa bed in the living room
