Property Description

A lovely coastal holiday home beautifully presented with nautical style interiors. Accommodation is over two floors with a bright and spacious sitting room, complete with a wood burning stove and French doors onto the balcony… the perfect spot to relax. The Summer House is just a 10 minutes walk from the sandy beaches at Caswell and Langland, a great option for a family seaside holiday. 

 

The Summer House is in the pretty coastal village of Langland. Just a short drive from Mumbles, Langland is instantly recognisable by its pretty beach huts. This charming holiday hotspot is great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Grab a bucket and net and head to the rock pools, play a round of golf or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. The village has a couple of good cafes and an excellent restaurant. Perfect for a family holiday or a seaside escape with friends.

  • Kitchen: built-in hob and oven with extractor hood over, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor

  • Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, patio window onto a balcony with views over the golf course out to the Bristol Channel.
  • Bedroom 2: full size bunk beds with bedroom furniture, French door with Juliette balcony with  views over to Langland Bay.
  • Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin. Restricted ceiling height in places. 

 

  • Entertainment: Smart TV, DVD player, CD player,
  • Outside: two ground floor patio areas with garden furniture and a 1st floor balcony with views out to sea and across the golf course. small lawn with garden furniture. 
  • Parking: off road parking for 2 cars. 
  • General: changeover day - Saturday. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. Air-source heat pump system supplying CH and hot water and wood burner in Lounge. Photo Voltaic solar panel system at the property providing environmentally clean electricity. 4 star rating.
  • Pets: sorry, no pets. 
  • Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
  • Notes: no smoking. The approach road to the property is a narrow, rough track which may not be suitable for some vehicles.
