The house next to this studio is a building site.. Very noisy and dusty. We only stayed for four nights. One of the work men turned his car radio/CD player up to full volume and opened all the car doors to upset us. We should have been warned about this holiday venue.

We stayed at the Old Post Office annexe for 2 weeks until Saturday 11th May, We have stayed at this location before and enjoyed it and were not disappointed this time either.. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and is ideally placed for discovering both Anglesey and the mainland. We have two dogs who love the walks and the beaches particularly Penrhos Coastal Park with it's beautiful white sandy beaches and acres of woodland walks, well worth a visit ad it's free. We enjoyed the reasonably priced food at the Harbour Hotel in Cemaes Bay. Just to say thank you to the owner also for the welcome pack which was very nice. We will certainly stay here again.

We had a great relaxing holiday.. The cottage was lovely just what you need for a short break, only negative was I forgot my hairdryer so one being there would have been a boost. Pillows were really soft as was the mattress but immaculately clean and well worth the money

We had a great week at this location with our two dogs, we were very lucky with the weather and Anglesey has so many wonderful beaches they had a whale of a time.. The accommodation was superb, ultra modern and very comfortable, exactly as described in the advertisement great value for money. We had no problems with it and will, without doubt stay there again.

Lovely quiet holiday.. We enjoyed good food throughout. Our 2 dogs loved the beach. In relation to the studio at the old post office. The accommodation was small. A door mat for inside the front door would save wet feet and paws being carried through to the main living area. But the property was comfortable and an ideal base for one or two people. Looking forward to returning to Cemaes Bay again in the New year when we are again using Sykes Cottages.

Not your falt but fish shop and cafe was closed.. Shame when the studio was designed could of been done the other way round because in the lounge no windows but in the bedroom two doors opened into the garden for the dogs but don't allow dogs in bedroom. No windows in bathroom which is ok no wardrobe space in bedroom very nice place needed a bit more thought when designed.

Specifically asked 3 times for confirmation of the off road secure parking being ready.. Was assured each time that it was. This was essential as my husband is disabled and his electric wheelchair and fall recovery equipment was to be kept in the car £3200.00 total value. The parking was in the lane and despite parking as close to garage( full of building supplies) as possible we still had to move the car at 7 am on the Tuesday for the refuse collection truck. The settee despite previous complaints was so uncomfortable watching a film was an endurance test as we just could not get comfortable. Same with the bed. Although studio spotless and well equipped, 2 out of the 3 mugs were chipped and cracked . Not by us. We purchased 2 locally for our use. No window except in ceiling. Courtyard grim with view of next doors garden strewn with rubbish and old furniture or a lane. So bad we packed up Wednesday to come home. What are you prepared to do about this complete waste of money?

To be met with a bottle of wine was a nice surprise.. Information about the property and surrounding area etc in the folder was brilliant. It was bigger than we expected and nicely laid out. Dog friendly exterior was great. Even though the car parking was on a rear dirt road and tight the free town car park was 1 minute away behind the property. Overall a very pleasing first experience.

Very good except the off-road parking was actually on the road..

Sleeping arrangements very cramped and too low and soft.. Initial appearance on arrival off putting. Poor area. Otherwise clean and in a good location for beach and good walks. A bit of attention to detail would solve the problems. We would not feel inclined to go again.

Only 2 things to mention which prevent a score of 10.. There are no windows that can be opened to allow a through flow of air. There is no grab bar in the shower for the elderly. Otherwise, very enjoyable.

Generally a very well appointed flat with all you'll need for a comfortable stay.. No problems other than parking was a bit tight for our Volvo est. The internet and sky was very welcome as it rained for most of our week. Very handy for the shops, restaurants and facility's for the Town. As a base for walking ideal, as the coastal paths and country side abound. Value for money with a welcoming bottle of wine etc. A good spot to discover Anglesey from.

Modern and bright but for us the settee and the bed were not comfortable.. Probably would stay again if in the area but felt that £260 for three nights self catering a little expensive.

Cemaes Bay is a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay in The Studio- very clean, high standard decoration, local people in the bay were really nice and friendly especially the owners of The Stag Inn, lovely food and ale and atmosphere.. Plenty to see scenery wise would definitely go again.
