The Studio @ Cobalt is a beautiful modern studio apartment situated in Dartmouth. This is a ground floor apartment with an open plan kitchen, living and bedroom area and a separate shower room, an enclosed outdoor courtyard is also available to guests, outdoor furniture and barbeque is provided. A car park permit is provided for the duration of your stay and the car park is less than a minute walk from the property. Dartmouth is a town full of adventure, walk the long stretches of coastal pathway, catch a boat to Totnes and immerse yourself in their vegan markets or take part in the watersports on offer for you to try. Hire a boat and go sailing, fish from the seafront or eat all of the local fish you can get your hands on! 

Sleeps: Sleeps 2 people in 1 bedroom

Beds: 1 King size bed (if you'd like the bed unzipped please inform us when booking) 

Rooms: Ground Floor Apartment: Open plan kitchen, living and bedroom. Shower room. 

Kitchen and Utilities: 2 Ring Induction Hob, microwave oven. Washing machine is not provided, there is a local laundrette less than 2 minutes walk from the property. 

Entertainment: Wall mounted 32" TV/DVD Combi with Freeview. Bluetooth speaker provided. 

For Families: Baby friendly equipment is not provided however, you are welcome to bring your own. Please inform us when booking if you are bringing an infant. 

Outside: Paved courtyard with outside seating and a barbeque are provided. 

Parking: A car park permit is provided for the duration of your stay. This entitles you to a space in the local car park which is less than a 2 minute walk from the property however, the spaces are on a first come first serve basis. 

General: WiFi Provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Heating and Electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes:  No Smoking. WiFi Provided. Good mobile phone signal. Sorry no pets allowed. Please notify on booking if you wish for the zip and link king size bed to be made up into two singles.
