Lovely cottage situated within easy reach of the motorway network.. Well equipped and bonus of farm shop and restaurant nearby. Responsive owner nearby and although we didn’t use the hot tub and pool, they looked great!

Bridget (the owners sister) was extremely helpful and lovely.. The cottage is in a beautiful setting, the swimming pool and hot tub were wonderful. But we feel that the cottage was listed as 5 star accommodation and we do not feel that it met 5 star standard Although extremely clean the cottage could do with some updating, e.g. the sofas are uncomfortable and generally the furniture is very worn and tired. Lots of miss matched crockery and cutlery Although we didn't use it the bbq needed renewing. All this adds up to not being 5 star in our opinion This is also compounded by the very noisy building work going on very close to the cottage, which if we had know about we would not have booked this cottage.

Wendy the owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to go as we had a young baby with us and the weather wasn’t brilliant to be outside.. I would definitely go back as it felt very comfortable like being at home.

We were very happy with our stay - the pool and the hot tub are fantastic facilities.. Probably one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. It was very peaceful, but we didn’t feel uncomfortable there with our energetic kids (4 years and 8 years) which can sometimes be the case at such relaxing places! The hosts are lovely, the area is great (ran out time to do everything!) and we would definitely return when visiting Warwickshire again.

Great location ! Would be better if pool and hot tub opened for longer into the evening, especially in summer, however they were both lovely. The double bed was too soft for our liking but the kids liked their beds! Overall a lovely week away.

Our holiday at The Stables was exactly what we had been looking for. Comfortable accommodation in a quiet location. The swimming pool and hot tub were excellent, the onsite farm shop was useful and the cottage was within easy driving distance of Stratford. The owner made us feel very welcome and it was reassuring to know that should we have any queries, she was on hand to refer to. This is definitely a place we would like to return to in the future.

The property was of a very high standard and everything was very clean and tidy. The information folder had enough information in it for a months holiday as well as all possible emergency info. The owners spoke to us and were available if we should have had any problems. The pool and hot tub were again very clean indeed with clear instructions for use and a real bonus for us given that we were not treated to good weather! Welcome tea, coffee and milk was most appreciated plus the pot of home-made jam. This property is definitely in our 'to visit' again folder.

An absolutely perfect holiday, will definitely be visiting again in the future. A lovely way to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary.

Quiet, relaxing spot. Very good position for visiting the area; ideal for popping into Stratford. Coarse fishing lakes on doorstep were excellent. Will be booking this cottage next year!
