Open tread stairs lead up to the first floor attractive bedroom offering lovely country views and ensuite facilities. The Stable has a small lawn at the front of the property and a private side courtyard garden ideal for alfresco dining. 

An ideal location for walkers with footpaths that offer inspiring country, coastal and riverside walks easily accessible. Pretty coastal villages including Lynton, Lynmouth and Combe Martin and popular beauty spots such as The Doone Valley and Watersmeet are just a short scenic drive. Further afield the superb sandy surfing beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde are just a 40 minute drive.

• Outdoor: Small grassed area at the front of the property, private patio at the side with garden furniture. Shared use of lawn garden with picnic table and benches.
