On the same level is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area, kitchen and door to a patio.The adjacent scullery houses washing machine and tumble drier. Outside is also a big shared lawn with barbecue and a games barn. Four miles from Colyton, The Shippen is a welcoming cottage for a fabulous Devon break. 2 Dogs accepted fee charged for second.

Beer is a small picturesque fishing village on the south Devon coast near Seaton. The shingle beach is very sheltered, backed by limestone cliffs and was once fertile smuggling territory, plus contraband was hidden in nearby caves, which are now a popular tourist attraction
