The Sea Glass Loft is a duplex apartment based in the East Yorkshire town of Hornsea. Offering three bedrooms; a king-size, a twin room and a single as well as a family bathroom and a shower room, the property can sleep five people. Inside you will also discover a kitchen/diner, a sitting room and two snug rooms. Gas central heating (2 x gas fire are decorative features only and cannot be used.)To the outside there is a first floor decking with furniture. The Sea Glass Loft is a homely, superbly located property perfect for a fun-packed family getaway. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no cats are allowed at the property.

Over first and second floor. Three second floor bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x twin, 1 x single, 1 x day bed and 1 downstairs sofa bed. Second floor bathroom with a hand-held shower, separate shower, basin and WC. First floor shower room with basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room. Snug with central heating. Gas central heating, (2 x gas fire are decorative features only and cannot be used.)

Area
Hornsea is on the East Coast, a Victorian resort with beaches, a promenade and gardens. The town centre has shops, pubs and cafés, whilst Hornsea Mere offers sailing, fishing and boat trips. Hornsea is a good base for touring the Yorkshire Wolds, the North York Moors and the East Riding coastal resorts. The historic city of York and Hull are within an easy drive.

Region
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Great apartment and location for exploring Hornsea and the surrounding area.. The facilities were excellent and spacious with separate reception rooms so the kids were able to do their own thing inbetween exploring. As the apartment. Is located in the centre of town there's lots of restaurants, bars and cafes on the door step. The sea front is a five minute walk with a nice new prominade to take the dog and stretch your legs. All in all a great place and well worth a visit.

We had a great time staying in sea glass loft.. ..it is huge, very warm and super comfortable. We immediately felt at home and had everything we needed at our disposal. We particularly liked the sun terrace as even though it was April we had some lovely sunshine and enjoyed relaxing with a cuppa and the warmth on our faces. Bliss! Thank you for allowing to use your wonderful holiday home and we would love to return at some point in the future.

Great apartment.. Fantastic location within walking distance to sea front and plenty of places to eat out in Hornsea. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen appliances well stocked. Highly recommended!

This was a last minute booking for my family and I at The Sea Glass Loft, and what a lucky find this turned out to be.. Hornsea was better than I remembered it as a child. The place was unspoilt by big business and the independent shops were a pleasant sight. The house had all the amenities anyone would need. Although there were seven people and a dog, the house had so much space, everyone had room to themselves when required. A great location in the centre of town, yet the sea front was at the end of the road, a three minute walk away. Parking was free on the roadside nearby, and even when we arrived on the same day as The Hornsea Biking Festival, we still managed to get parked up. The owners made a great effort to contact us before we arrived, and provided us with all the information we needed to allow us a fantastic family getaway. We would love to return. The Murray's

What a wonderful location and pleasure to stay.. Hornsea is a beautiful place, great beaches, wonderful and helpful people. The flat was beautiful and incredibly roomy, my children had room to play, we had room to sit and relax. The wine and chocolate we a suprise and gratefully accepted. I will be returning!

Fabulous apartment furnished and decorated to a good standard with everything you could possibly need.. We were a bit dubious about booking it partly because there is no private parking and partly because it's over a pub/restaurant but we need not have worried on either count. Parking around the back street was always available and we hardly knew there was anything going on below us It's also ideally situated for town, sea and the mere. All in all a great time was had.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and very spacious.. It's interesting watching the passers-by from the windows well above the pavements. It is centrally positioned so it is easy to stroll into town, equally you are 5 minutes from the sea. It's a very friendly area, with cafes and pubs and lovely walks on the beach. Thoroughly recommended.
