Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsula and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.

Ground Floor
Open plan kitchen/diner: dishwasher, under-counter fridge with ice box, free-standing Smeg fridge/freezer, electric single oven and a gas hob. Extendable table and chairs to seat 6.
Lounge: sofa, easy chair, 2 pouffes, wall-mounted TV, Bose CD and Radio system and occasional tables. Large bay window with shutters and views over Swansea Bay.
Wet room: shower, WC and wash hand basin. Door to courtyard.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: superking bed (zip 'n' link, twin beds on request), wall-mounted TV, wardrobe, bedside tables, panoramic sea views.
Bedroom 2: single day bed (2ft 6", can be made into a king size bed on request), wardrobe, occasional chair, wall-mounted TV.
Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Please note - there are steps down to the bathroom. 
Second Floor
Bedroom 3: double bed, wall-mounted TV, wardrobe, bedside tables.
Bedroom 4: king size bed, wall-mounted TV, wardrobe, bedside tables, reclining massage chair and sea views.

Entertainment: wall-mounted TV, Bose CD and Radio system. TV’s in bedrooms.
For families: travel cot and high chair.
Outside: seating area to the front and a compact rear courtyard area which can be accessed from a side gate or off the ground floor shower room.

General: changeover day - Friday. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi.
Pets: Sorry no pets.

Notes: no smoking. Wall-mounted TV in every bedroom. Although the property sleeps 7/8 the lounge provides soft seating for 5 people. Further seating in the bedrooms. The dining table will only seat 6 people.
