Situated 15 minutes walk from Brixham town centre is The Pines. The Pines is a great holiday base for friends or family groups as well as your pets. The property offers guests a large open social space upstairs in the open plan living, kitchen and dining area along with a balcony looking out towards a woodland area, pathway and glimpses of the sea through the trees. The property has a garden at the rear however, please do not leave your children unattended. Brixham is a great fisherman town with lots of walking, restaurants with an eclectic mix of seafood, meats, cakes and coffee or visit the huge range of independent stores for a spot of shopping. If you decided to take an adventure further afield to Brixham you can drive 15 minutes to Paignton sea front or drive 20 minutes and reach Torquay. Catch a bus and ferry to find yourself in Dartmouth. There's so much to do!

Size: Sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms

Beds: 1 King (5') bed, 1 Double (4'6") bed, 2 single (3') beds

Rooms: Upper level: Open plan kitchen, living and dining room leading to the balcony and cloakroom with w.c. and handbasin. Lower Level: All bedrooms, family bathroom. 

Kitchen and Utilities: Electric oven, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. 42" TV with Freeview, DVD player, two two-seater sofas, two freestanding armchairs.

Entertainment: 42" TV with Freeview 

For Families: Travel cot (please bring your own bedding for the travel cot). Other baby equipment is not provided. 

Outside: On the upper level of the property is a balcony guests can access throughout their holiday. This looks out onto a wooded area and through the trees are sea glimpses. Towards the rear of the property is a garden, please be aware do not leave your children unattended due to the steps in the garden. 

Parking: 1 Designated space available. 

General: WiFi provided. Heating and electric included in rent. Bed linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). 

Pets: Maximum of 2 pets; £25 Pet Pet Per Week

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes - No Smoking. WiFi Provided. Strong Mobile Phone Coverage. Please be aware the Gardener does attend to the property's garden on a regular basis, please do not be alarmed if you see him, he does not need access to the property only the garden. Please be aware the Window Cleaners also regularly attend to the property, please do not be alarmed if you see them. 

Short Breaks - Short Breaks are accepted from January - end of June, from September - December, minimum of 3 nights. Short Breaks are not accepted during the months of July and August, this is strictly a Friday changeover day.
