A ground floor cottage situated in the Worcestershire village of Hanley Castle. It has one double bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower, the property can sleep two people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room. To the outside there is ample off road parking and a lawn garden with furniture and a barbecue. The Packing House provides charming accommodation to enjoy at any time of year.

This ancient village lies in the countryside between Upton-upon-Severn, Malvern and the Malvern Hills. The village has a pub. Upton-upon-Severn lies on the banks of the River Severn and boasts delightful 17th century building, shops, inns and cafés and a museum. It also plays host to festivals, including Jazz, Folk and Blues Festivals, as well as the Sunshine Music Festival.

Region
Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Fantastic, relaxing week at The Packing House.. Never been to the area before but would definitely return to this property, just to 'chill'. Hubby missed a dishwasher and tumble drier but the facilities that WERE there were great, especially smart TV. Didn't need to unpack my DABs or fan heater as these were provided. Nice welcome pack with gorgeous local bread. Very peaceful.

The cottage was absolutely perfect, we felt comfortable, at home and relaxed immediately.. The interior was everything we could have wished for and the setting and grounds were beautiful even in the middle of winter. We went for a quiet, peaceful Christmas break and that is exactly what we got. The welcome and hospitality from Sue and Bill was superb and we would recommend The Packing House to anyone. we hope to stay again for longer in the summer.

The holiday at the packing house was lovely everything that I expected from Sykes the owners sue and bill were very friendly and nothing too much trouble a welcome pack on arrival it was lovely and warm when we arrived the accomadation was beautiful done and you felt at home right away their gardens which you could use were a delight to see we wanted to relax and we did lovely places to visit never been to Worcester before we really hope we can return here and would recommend the packing house thank you sue for your help and Bill lovely friendly people

Just got back from this wonderful cottage, we really enjoyed staying here, its cosy and clean the bed was so comfortable .. The owner's were so kind they supplied a very generous welcome pack they let us use their fantastic walled garden whenever we liked, the surrounding areas are beautiful,lots of quaint villages nearby and quite a few National Trust properties too we didn't want the holiday to end and can't wait to return next year.

I was really pleased with the cottage apart from the creaky bed.. was disappointed.the so called private area was a walk from the cottage not a private garden as stated. Also the out look from this area was not nice it had gas bottles and bits of wood.Very clean and the cottage was well equipped and cosy well worth a visit.

We have holidayed many times with Sykes Cottages.. We know that everything will be top class and The Packing House was no exception. The owners were welcoming and the accomodation was very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing break. The invitation to make use of the the owners extensive gardens was an added bonus. We would certainly consider returning to this perfect little holiday home.

The packing house is a very relaxing place, could not fault it, Jim and Sue are very friendly, Jim took us on a tour of their beautiful gardens the views are magnificent.. Would defiantly go back there.

A well appointed self contained building set in the owners large grounds.. The icing on the cake was the free access given to the owners large walled gardens and the pasture land with a stunning view of the Malvern Hills.
