Interiors are contemporary and beautiful with a sociable open plan living space, perfect for 5 guests. But if you’re looking for more space… The Outlook has a separate annexe for two! Both properties have access to a lovely garden with patio furniture for alfresco dining. 

 

Port Eynon is one of the prettiest coastal destinations on the Gower Peninsular, a popular holiday hotspot with a cafe, shop, restaurant and soft sandy beach. With easy access from Swansea, this area is perfect for a relaxing weekend away at any time of year. 

 

  • Size: sleeps 8 in 5 bedrooms (the main house Sleeps 6 and the annexe sleeps 2)
  • Beds: 1x double bed, 2 x single beds, 1 x twin, (annexe 1 x double bed)

 

Accommodation

Ground floor

  • Kitchen/diner: dining table and chairs, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
  • Living room: 2 sofas, footstool, TV, DVD, CD player and a table and chairs for 8 people.
  • Sun room: sofa, further seating with coffee table views over Port Eynon point.
  • Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and chair.
  • Bedroom 2: single bed, dressing table, mirror and wardrobe.
  • Bathroom: bath, wash basin, shower cubicle and WC.
  • Cloakroom: WC and wash basin.

First Floor

  • Bedroom 3: 2 x single bed with a small chest of drawers.
  • Bedroom 4: Single bed, small chest of drawers and mirror.

 

Annexe

During specific times of the year, the Outlook also comes with the annexe to the rear of the property. This sleeps 2 people with a double bed, storage space and additional seating. It also has an en suite shower room with wash basin, WC and wet-room style open shower. Please enquire with Home from Home for further information on the annexe and its availability.

 

 

  • Entertainment: TV, DVD, CD player 

 

    • Outside: large terrace and gardens along with an al fresco dining area for 8 people. A table with 2 chairs and an area laid to lawn.
    • Parking: off road parking.

 

  • General: changeover day Friday. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. Incoming telephone.

 

  • Pets: 2 dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
  • Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
