4 forms part of a ground floor barn conversion in the Lancashire village of Thornton. It provides one bedroom, a super king-size zip/link, as well as a sofa bed in the sitting area, along with a wet room, this property can sleep up to four people. The interior also offers an open-plan living room with a kitchen and areas for dining and sitting. To the outside there is ample off road parking, a shared patio to the front and a lawned area to the side with furniture. 4 is a tastefully decorated cottage in a fabulous Lancashire location. Please note this property is on the site of a retail plant nursery which is open from mid March- end of June.

All ground floor. One bedroom: 1 x king-size. Shower, basin and WC (wheelchair friendly). Open-plan living area with sofabed.

Area
Thornton is a village set two miles from the Lancashire coast at Thornton-Cleveley. Thornton offers a small range of amenities along with some great facilities and opportunities nearby. The coastal location of Thornton-Cleveley makes for a fun day out, as does the popular nearby resort of Blackpool with its Pleasure Beach and famous Blackpool Tower. For countryside walks and cycle paths, the nearby Forest of Bowland is perfect.

Great location handy for all motorway routes the cottage was lovely ~very secure spotlessly clean and super warm! Plenty of walks for the dog . Roy and Annette run a great garden centre the plants are very good value for money. We would highly recommend this lovely cottage which also caters for the disabled. Thank you Roy and Annette.

We would certainly recommend a visit to this property.. You receive a very warm welcome from the owners Annette & Roy. The property was excellent for us, very spacey and accommodating. The surrounding area and small villages are well within walking distance.

The accommodation was very well fitted out and all of the internal materials was of good quality .. The lighting , interior design was pleasing and added to the holiday. The parking was very good and if the weather had been warmer it would have been good to sit outside on the patio. We had our dog with us and there was on open space for her to go outside ( not secure )also good walk down the lane. Even though the accommodation is in the country bus stop just down lane on main road to Blackpool or Fleetwood . Supermarket and local shops and take aways within 3--5 minutes away in car in all directions . Cleveleys sea front just 5mins away in car .

Lovely cottage, Annette was very friendly & accessible.. There is also a nice garden area next to the cottages where we could exercise the dogs but it would also be great for a drink on a Summer’s evening! I had to rearrange my booking & Syke’s customer services could not have been more helpful, I will definitely recommend both this cottage & the company!

New accommadation - lovely rural location with sheep adjacent, but also spitting distance of the sea at Cleveleys and Blackpool.. Short journey to Trough of Bowland, Silverdale, Lancaster and Lytham. Much to do for all tastes. You won't be disappointed at all with very well apponted modern accommodation and hostess Annette - who is very friendly.

Really fabulous place and good hosts Quiet and peaceful but close enough to all amenities Brand new cottage and well worth the 5.. 5 hour drive Lots to see not far away without venturing into Blackpool Would go again
