Great Cottage, Bike Storage was very useful.. The simplest thing I can say is that we will be back. There is much more to do in the area

Stylish, comfortable holiday home in a beautiful and interesting location, close to many places of interest.. Nathalie responded immediately to a glitch we encountered with the heating which had been turned off by a previous tenant. Thank you!

Cleanliness & Facilities in the cottage where average, kettle was full of lime scale.. But the big let down was the upkeep of the outside of the property dirty windows & cobwebs. The back yard was an unsightly slab of concrete & very slippery & so was the drive way. Yard full of weeds, Back gate needs new locks as it was nearly impossible to lock so on a windy day it was just banging.

The Post Office was beautiful and furnished to a high standard.. I could happily have made it my permanent home. The bathroom was stunning and the huge bed was like sleeping on a Marshmallow. I sent photos home to my family the day we arrived and they were of the same option. Calder Vale where it is situated is small very friendly place with amazing scenery. I would be very happy to stay there again.

Well it said 5star which the inside of the house was but there was no outside space with the house just a walk through yard so no where to sit in the evening and to let the dog out too just a very small yard hardly the 5 star standard we normally get with your cottages a very old table and two chairs next to next doors open drain lovely ! !!

Loved the old post office and Calder Vale.. Two small points, cheap toilet paper and if there was a small piece of artificial grass in the small yard outside would make it look better and better if you took a dog.
