The bedrooms consist of a double and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture and parking in public car parks, payable on site. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub, and river 0.1 miles, beach 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. A stay at The Old Greengrocers promises to be one to remember. Note: No hen or stag parties, or similar. Note: On-road parking is available directly outside the cottage for a limited time, with all-day free parking around the Bowling Green 50 yards away or in the village car park at the Ness for a fee.

Shaldon is a pretty Regency village on the opposite bank to the historic, seaside town of Teignmouth in South Devon, situated on the mouth of the Teign estuary and boasts a selection of pubs, shops, tea rooms for your amenities. Boasting a number of tourist attractions, including a small zoo, something your little ones will delight in, whilst you can explore the popular Shaldon Approach Golf Club and Shaldon Botanical Gardens. Due to its coastal location, you will have opportunities for those interested in watersporting activities, such as fishing and sailing. A popular village less than four miles away from the thriving seaside town of Torquay.
