The Old Farmhouse is a fantastic, semi-detached farmhouse cottage situated on the owners' non-working farm, a short drive away from Llanrwst. The cottage offers three bedrooms, including a double and two single rooms, and a family bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a sitting room featuring an electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking in a shared courtyard, a lawned garden, and an enclosed patio and furniture. The Old Farmhouse is the ideal base for families and groups of friends exploring North Wales.

Area
The market town of Llanrwst is located in the lovely countryside of the Conwy Valley, 5 miles from the popular inland destination of Betws-y-Coed. Llanrwst has a selection of shops and pubs, and is an ideal base for making the most of the activities on offer in this region. There is plenty of opportunities for walking in the surrounding hills, with the mountains of the Snowdonia National Park providing many trails for walkers and climbers of all abilities. Watersports are on offer in the region, and the sheer beauty of the scenery will sooth even the most frazzled city-dwellers soul.

The piece and quiet was great it was a really relaxing holiday, it was a really comfortable house and the beds were extremely comfortable.. The only thing was the water would not run hot enough for a bath but the separate shower w as good. I would stay there again.

Loved the solitude, all we could hear were the sheep and the birds, pure bliss.. Spacious accommodation with all the facilities you could ever need. The cottage lies in a rural position off a quiet road and is great if you want to really get away from the rat race. Perfect as a touring base to easily cover North and central Wales. Also had the pleasure in meeting and chatting to the owners who were friendly and helpful. In short we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful quirky accommodation, clean throughout, every detail had been thought of for guests to have a safe and comfortable stay.. Little extras like tea/coffee clean fresh towels, board games, books and DVDs, all for our use......this reflects on the character of the owner Karen who is a most wonderful friendly thoughtful lady. This property is situated in 'thee' most gorgeous countryside setting. ..words cannot describe the beauty. ..

I would really recommend this property; it was clean, had good size rooms upstairs and down and was very warm inside even though there was snow on the mountains.
