Upstairs there is a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Downstairs you will find a twin bedroom with en-suite wet room including a shower. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a separate sitting room. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and a shared enclosed lawned garden with summerhouse, patio and furniture. The Old Dairy is the perfect base for exploring all that this area has to offer. Please note that due to a front step and one internal step for the wet room, plus narrow door frames, this property cannot accommodate wheelchairs. The Deep submarium in Hull (2017 City of Culture), the fascinating city of York, the North York Moors and the East Coast seaside towns of Hornsea, Bridlington and Scarborough are all within an hour’s drive.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
