Had a wonderful short break in this lovely cottage. We had everything we needed and wouldn't hesitate coming back.

Great Location...close to Town and all amenities..cafes..pubs.. restaurants...Pier... beach..not far to get over to mainland but loads to do on Anglesey.Great bakery at top of lane... House was lovely... child friendly cosy and lots of Things to do if stuck in... Only couple of things outdoor furniture a bit jaded hole in one bench and table was really dirty... not inviting as in picture... and we arrived 15.20 and cleaners were still there so had to wait to get in.. wet floors...and Parking a nightmare... but better from Sunday when weekenders had gone Apart from that great great holiday..loved it and would definitely go back.... cried when we left.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and the beds are super comfortable with lovely soft pillows and clean duvets. The little courtyard at the back is a suntrap and it has a brand new John Lewis furniture set (they obviously took on board the comment on a previous review and replaced the furniture). Although we didn't need it there was also a new high chair sitting in the dining room. We loved all the quirky artwork and especially the beautiful paintings of the local area which adorn every wall. The outside of the house had just had a face lift before we arrived with a stunning blue colour making it look really summery and even new barge boards on the gable end which made it look very smart. The location is just perfect! It takes less than a minute to walk around the corner where there is the most stunning view across the Menai Straits to the mountains. Despite being close to the waterfront it is tucked away on a lovely quiet street with no traffic noise. It's also super dog friendly with wood floors throughout the ground floor but comfy carpets up stairs. My dad is not good on his feet but he found the double handrails on the stairs really easy to use (and is now planning to install the same thing at home!) Honestly this house is beautiful, clean, comfy and attractive. Can't recommend it high enough.

Perfect location, layout and landscape. A mere hop, skip & jump from the pier, The Coach House can only be described as idyllic. Each room is part of a jigsaw that fits perfectly, held together with a beach boho vibe. With a great space to entertain children/young adults there's enough space for 6 people without being on top of one another. I'd recommend this cottage for families, friends and couples. Quaint and quite fantastic!

Just returned from a week with family at the Old Coach House Beaumaris. As the 'chief cook and bottle washer' for the week I would suggest a few tips for future visitors. Take with you: 1) toilet rolls, 2) extra towels, (mainly for the bathroom floor) as there is only one bath mat, 3) cleaning materials, which are few and far between. 4) Dish washer tabs, 5) I also had to buy a tin opener as the one in the house was broken. 6) If small children with you take some unbreakable crockery and cutlery as there are none suitable for young children. 7) Check the bathroom sink plugs and toilet brush. I left them clean but not in a good state on our arrival. 8) I never found the hoover and the ewbank was broken. 9) Cleaner needs to check under the beds for used tissues, socks, and a Ventolin inhaler which I found. 10) Apart from all that the kids enjoyed themselves, I was exhausted! Loved the art work on the walls, comfy beds, watch your legs on the end of the bed in the main bedroom. We all had bangs from the sharp woodwork.

Cottage in good location but felt property was in need of deep clean and updating, unable to receive TV channels other than BBC 1

We had a great stay at the Old Coach House in Beaumaris, very clean and comfy, 2 minutes into town, couldn’t ask for more.. We use Sykes holidays quite often so it’s important that the description of the cottages is accurate and you haven’t let us down. Well done

The cottage was clean and comfortable.. It was functional. The games area needs a revamp. Our main issue was that the TV reception was awful- we could only get one channel and that kept breaking up. Also there wasn't enough toilet roll which had been mentioned as an issue before. We felt this cottage had a lot of potential- Beaumaris is lovely- but overall we felt it was over priced for what it was.

There was no toilet paper when we arrived - this is not acceptable for any property that is let.. We had to make a quick dash to the nearest supermarket after a 4 hour drive. In both twin rooms, only one bedside light was working Only having one toilet for three people staying at the property was sometimes a challenge! How this works with a possible six people staying, we have no idea! Previous complaints as noted in the house book had been rectified, which was good to see The house manual needs updating on certain points eg rubbish collection The town of Beaumaris has plenty of restaurants and cafes, as well as an excellent bakery. Parking is a problem outside the house, but I was able to find spaces in New Street. In the busy summer months I can imagine this is a real problem

Property was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed.. Very clean and tidy and central location. Only negative was the parking but we were aware of that.

The cottage was in fab location , cleanliness could have been better and some things needed updating .. Don't want to be negative as size of place was superb just some things a little tired and needed replacing ie kettle didn't work properly crockery was chipped I had to wash pans & crockery as dirty . Cleanliness could have been better the basics are done but not deep cleaned . Little disappointed on that side of things considering the price ! . Lovely quaint street though and fantastic location regards

Just a beautiful cottage in a beautiful location, so peaceful and stunning scenery.. We didn’t need to use the car because we did all the local activities that we can’t do at home. Kids loved it and cried when we left. Cannot wait to come back!

Great location & well equipped/comfortable cottage.. TV reception not great but I guess that's Beaumaris for you! Could do with sorting out heating in bedrooms 2 & 3 (radiators need bleeding??), but a thoroughly enjoyable stay!

1 Although advertised with 2 televisions each with a Dvd the Dvd in the conservatory did not work.. Would have been useful to have during a wet week with teenagers. 2 At a cottage that sleeps up to 6 persons a second key would be usefoe
