The Nest Newcomen is accessed from Newcomen Road, once you are through the front door you will need to walk up 19 steps to the main open plan living, kitchen and dining room and the cloakroom. On the second floor, up a further 14 steps, you will find the two bedrooms and family bathroom.

Please be aware this is a first floor apartment there are 19 steps from the hallway up to the main apartment, these steps are steep, carpeted and curve around towards the top. Strong Mobile Phone Signal. Please be aware there is no outside space provided with this property. Please be aware no baby equipment is provided at this property. 

Pets: A maximum of 1 pet is welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsden Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
