Superb place with everything that was needed for our stay. Very comfy bed and sofa as well as an easy to use oven and washing machine. No garden as such but a decked area at the front and I am guessing upstairs is wooden flooring as this apartment was as you could hear them, but it was certainly bearable. Own parking space and excellent location, 5 minutes to the North Beach and town centre.

Ideal location.. Near town where parking is extremely limited so free parking outside is great. Owner extremely friendly and very helpful. Would recommend and will revisit. Great apartment as a couple with loads of leaflets of things to do. Our first trip to Tenby did not disappoint. Plenty to do not only on town and immediate surrounding area. Plenty of places to visit nearby too.

We loved this weekend break away in Tenby at Mushroom House! It had great facilities and an ideal location to explore Tenby some more. The owner had great communication and was there if we had any questions. Great parking too! Would recommend this cottage to everyone and glad we chose it as we had such a fab trip. Neighbours upstairs weren’t too noisy either

The flat is just as described.. Good facilities and a fairly short distance from the centre and beach. We would recommend though Tenby is quite hilly.

Lovely clean modern apt close to the beach and Tenby town ,this apartment is advertised as having a garden but it is in fact a small decked area at the front which is overlooked by parked cars and the houses opposite so no privacy to sit outside and have a meal.Well equipped kitchen. This would stop me returning also no soundproofing from the upstairs apartment ,children running around and up and down stairs from the crack of dawn, every conversation could be heard when the door was open. A washing machine would be in preference to a dishwasher which is not needed for 2 people.

This is advertised as with a garden there is only a decked area at the front which is right on the street so no privacy.. No sound proofing from upstairs could here children running around from the crack of dawn and conversation when the door was open very noisy spoilt the holiday Poor communication from owner I no there was no washing machine but would be better to have one than a dishwasher which is not necessary for 2 people

The property was excellent and just what we wanted very modern and well fitted out.. The owner was most attentative. Situated in the ecentre of Tenby a short walk from the beach and the main shoppimg area. There are three supermarkets Sainsburys, CO-OP and Tesco plus numerous other shops. Good bus service to all parts of Pembrokeshire. The icing on the cake was the car parking space in front of the property. Parking in Tenby not good.

The apartment was really well situated, just a short walk to the beach and town, and had all the facilities we needed.. The only down side was the lack of sound proofing with the apartment above. We heard most of our neighbours' movements and so it wasn't as peaceful as we had hoped.

The property listing states that wifi is available but we were not able to get any internet connection at any time, that is the only thing that lets the information on property down..

The apartment was warm, bright and contemporary. It was well equipped and the real bonus was being so close to Tenby centre and the sea, but still being in a quiet residential area. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant. It was useful being able to park in a private secluded parking area right outside the apartment. Overall we were very happy and would stay there again.

December 2013
This south facing apartment is very light, comfortable and roomy for two. There is ample parking space, which otherwise can be difficult in this old part of town. The owner was extremely helpful. The location is only a minute or two's walk from beautiful beaches, from wonderful coastal scenery and from the very centre of the lovely old town of Tenby, which has some unique shops and great pubs and restaurants; including one of the best in Wales for fish and chips.

September 2013
The Mushroom house was a ground floor apartment, it was clean but needs a few things to make it a little better, the settee was uncomfy it sank when u sat on it, and they need to put cleaning products in the place and a guest book, and a welcome tray, the holiday was fab as the sun shone nearly all week. Also the tennants in the upstairs apt were so noisy running around and shouting at 2am in the morning, so neither of us slept till we got home.
Ms Coleman
July 2013
The apartment was clean and very close to the beach and town. If your not going outside of Tenby there is no need to use the car after arriving.

June 2013
the appartment had all that was necessary for our stay, even to the extra touches, like liquid soap, towels, tea towels + washing sponge. it was nice to see that they also recycled, and had the necessary bins. The only small downside, was the settee could do with a little attention to make it a little more comfy.. Lovely off the road small complex, but near to where we wanted to go.

The accommodation was as described on the website with very good access to all amenities. The property was ideal for what was required with good storage space and access to 'home comforts'. Parking right outside the property was a bonus and good access from the roads. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Tenby is a lovely area for a slow paced relaxing holiday. Lots of information was available within the property of local restaurants and places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

The cottage was ideally situated within Tenby with the shops, pubs and beaches all within walking distance which was a real bonus as parking is at a premium. There are plenty of good walks and golf courses in the vicinity. The pub grub in Tenby is excellent in quality and value for money.

November 2010
we stayed in the mushroom house (lower apt), very nice, modern ,with everything that we needed and we really enjoyed tenby and the surrounding places.if i have to find fault it is that the noise from the upstairs apt is a bit too much at times especially if like us you find there are young children up there.

November 2010
Tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern furnishings. Location was excellent in a quiet sunny courtyard within short walking distance of town centre. We found the many tourist leaflets and information provided in the appartment very useful indeed and the owner was friendly and willing to offer advice & help to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Best thing - location. Worst thing - lack of many Sky TV channels!
Mr Mrs Casson

we stayed here for one week and was allowed to take our two year old grandson for two nights. It was great to be able to park the car and not have to use it whilst there. you could want for anything in the kitchen everything was there. Apart from the weather we had a great week and would love to go back with our other grandson next year. no hesitation.

December 2009
The owner of the accommodation was very helpfull. He came to see us just after we arrived to make sure everything was OK. The flat was very modern and clean and had everything that you needed. Only five minutes walk from North Beach. Tenby is a lovely town with beautiful beaches. Be warned, most of the pubs only serve food up to 18:00hours so you need to find somewhere that opens late (very few). The cafe on the corner of North Beach is very good and late. We would seriously think of visiting Tenby again.
