We stayed in the "The Mount" from 24th - 26th of November and had a fabulous time. This house is like a fantasy home by the sea. Beautuful views and everything you could need for a short break with friends. We will definately return again.

If I could negative star this property I would. The actual stay was alright but the property owner tried to scam my friends and I out of thousands of pounds for less than £10 repair. She is very delusional and wishes her horrible guests :)

Absolutely stunning property right in the heart of Prestatyn. Stayed here for long weekend house is enormous and easily big enough to cater for 10. Stunning living room with log burner tv and comfortable seating, huge patio doors opening out onto spacious patio area with out door seating and fully loaded hot tub. Kitchen diner is again huge with 2 ovens and 2 hobs made cooking for group so much easier large granite island with functional storage again life saver, huge dining table again just perfect. Favourite room in the house was definitely the master bedroom beautifully finished with huge bed walk-in in wardrobe and ensuite, and absolutely amazing views threw the glass panelled wall leading onto balcony all finished to high standard. Kayleigh the host was lovely and made are stay run smoothly and made us feel welcome throughout !

We stayed at the property as a group of 10 ladies to celebrate a special birthday this weekend and it was fantastic! The house was beautiful, really spacious, well equipped, spotless and in a great location for the bars and restaurants in town. The owner also left bubbles and balloons which was a really thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend The Mount for large group or family gatherings.

What a property! Simply stunning ! Had no issues at all this house is amazing! The owner was very helpful, we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay for the week! The games room kept the kids occupied for hours , and the hot tub with its unbelievable views just wow! Definitely will be returning next year

For a start we had electric problems in the house from the first night , the electric kept tripping and I was told to just keep putting it back on even tho there was a fault somewhere. The electrician turned up 5 days later and didn’t know what the problem was either. So 6 days of our holiday the electric was tripping. She wouldn’t ask on a day to day if it had gone off we had to message her and let her know and even then she didn’t seem bothered. The owner came into the house while we was out and told us she was getting mail even tho the mail box is outside They also have cctv cameras front and back so you have no privacy in the back they are watching!! My toddlers were running around in their underwear in the garden and balcony if I had of known their was cctv I wouldn’t have allowed this Because of the problems she told me she would invite me back and give me compensation, she then offered me 2 days in cold dec while my kids would be in school. She asked me to accept £200 refund this is unacceptable Now she has blocked me and told me to go through Sykes about the complaint Despite all these I still spent a whole day cleaning the property before we left I asked for £500 back as I thought this was fair and was told no.
