This three-storey home has a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, one king-size bedroom, two double bedrooms, a second-floor twin (zip/link), a bathroom and a cloakroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and two Smart TVs. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, and off-road parking for two cars. Three well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.4 miles, and a pub and Stanley Ferry Aqueduct in 0.4 miles. Enjoy rural West Yorkshire at The Moorings. Note: Restricted headroom in the twin bedroom; please take care.

Wakefield is a cathedral city sitting within the City of Wakefield District of West Yorkshire. Resting on the River Calder and on the edge of the Pennines, it makes an extremely scenic base from which to discover this vibrant area of England.
