Carnew is 5 minutes from Coolattin’s magnificent 18-hole golf course and woodland horse riding while slightly further afield, the Wicklow Mountains, city of Dublin, and 'Ballykissangel' village of Avoca make superb destinations for an enjoyable day trip.
