Open plan living/kitchen area: sofas, dining table, chairs and benches, vintage sideboard, fireplace with open fire, fitted galley style kitchen; gas oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Sea views.
Master bedroom: 5' double bed, bedside tables, lamps, armchair built-in wardrobe. Sea views.
Bathroom: bath with shower over. WC, hand basin, washing machine.
Bedroom 2: twin beds, built in wardrobe and shelves, bedside table, lamps, chest of drawers, armchair, views over Southwold to the sea.

Parking: on street parking available.
General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. The apartment has gas central heating and an open fire. A small basket of logs and kindling is provided on arrival (November-March).

Pets: one well behaved dog is welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property.
