A lovely, cosy barn loft for two people and a dog.. You can step out of the door onto Castlemorton common, so ideal for walking the dog. Also walking distance to get up into the Malvern Hills with fabulous views to be had. Several dog-friendly pubs nearby, including the Robin Hood at the bottom of the road. Lots of quaint towns and places of interest to visit in the area.

High Ground is perfect for 2 people with or without a dog and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a private space in the garden where you can sit and enjoy the views.. It is in an excellent position in the foothills of the Malverns with lots of walks / dog walks directly from the accommodation without getting in the car.
The owners are very friendly without being in any way obtrusive. The fresh eggs and other goodies were much appreciated.
Joy gave us directions to an excellent pub / restaurant that we could walk to with our dog across the fields and there are another 2 pubs within walking distance.
We really enjoyed our week and will definitely be back.

We had to be re housed at the High Ground due to our original property flooding, what a bonus.. ....the property is in a stunning location perfect for exploring the Malvern Hills ( within walking distance) there are so many walks to choose from our dogs were in heaven! Everything you need was in the spacious and airey well kept property the pictures don't do the location justice. The local pub ( The Robin Hood) which is a 15 minute walk was superb lovely home cooked food and dog friendly great atmosphere..,...if you like good hilly walks and a great pub this is the holiday property for you, couldn't fault it.
The High Ground was in a great location for access to the Malvern Hills, set in a very peaceful rural spot with a nearby cuckoo announcing spring and chickens running round the grounds.. There was a homemade cake and fresh eggs waiting for us which was a nice touch. The apartment was comfortable and clean and Joy, the owner was very helpful.
A very comfortable and quiet place to stay.. Nice spacious area to relax and an excellent place, at the southern end of the Malverns, to access the glorious walks. As a loft conversion our only wish would have been to have more open views of the wonderful countryside around the property.
Comfortable cottages.. Kitchen small, but the most made of the space. Owners courteous.
Not quite as described.. Lovely place to stay for a few days, area great with plenty of nice places to visit and there are dog friendly pubs within walking distance of accommodation.
I wrongly assumed from the description the combination microwave/oven meant there was a small oven but there wasn’t only a microwave/ grill so quite difficult to cook anything (only two ring on hob as stated).
The accommodation is also approached via a very bumpy albeit short track which I only found when I received the key collection info and I am very glad having found this out we decided not to go in our sport cars as we’d of likely caused damage to it.
For dog owners the private lawned area is not enclosed
Lovely area for walking off the door step, lovely home and views,
Good pub food near by,
The position of the apartment is lovely and peaceful, within easy reach of Malvern and the Three Counties Showground.. Made to feel very welcome.
Clean, airy, spacious - plus a dish of eggs from the chickens outside and a cake to welcome us.. It was perfect for our needs and as a base for exploring The Malvern and The Cotswold Hills.
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with stunning views of the countryside.. The owner left lovely finishing touches that made you feel more at home. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends.
Beast from the East and Storm Emma struck part way through my visit.. Joy the owner couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring I was ok. The apartment was cosy warm despite the low temperatures, comfortable, clean, cheerful and well equipped. A very peaceful location which was just what I wanted. The weather didn't spoil my stay. Only problem I had was I couldn't find it on arrival and had to be rescued by Joy. I suggest that from Welland it is easier to continue past the common to the Robin Hood pub then turn right onto New Road (signposted). Continue for approx .75 of a mile, pass the marked road junction on the right,, then turn right at the second track on the right, cross the cattle grid then you are there.
Most enjoyable break, accomodation was excellent .. Very gracious hosts, location was perfect.
Booked last minute and advisor (Annette) ensured owner was contacted and everything was completed efficiently..
