The open-plan living area, complete with a well-equipped country style kitchen/diner and sitting room, has everything you will need during your stay and is home to a warming woodburning stove for you and your loved ones to curl up in front of the TV and catch up on your favourite show; or why not make use of the games provided and have yourself a fun-filled game night. Practice your culinary skills and cook up a storm with the help of the contemporary appliances and indulge in the tasty home-cooked meal at the dining table as you pop open a bottle, whilst discussing the itinerary of the exciting days that lie ahead. Completing the ground floor, you will find a convenient utility room complete with washer/dryer, freezer and clothes drying rack and a bright and airy shower room with lovely Cotswold stone wall. As the evening draws to a close, climb the stairs to the first floor and discover two beautifully decorated bedrooms and the family bathroom, the first one being the master bedroom with a double slay bed, and boasting built-in wardrobes and lovely views of the garden and village and the other accessed via a solid oak door containing twin beds and solid oak beams overhead. The family bathroom contains a welcoming roll-top bath with additional attachment, so unwind amongst the bubbles and enjoy total relaxation. In the morning, enjoy your coffee in the lovely mature garden which is a suntrap in the summer months and is surrounded by beautiful flower beds and shrubs; make use of the barbecue and enjoy your meals alfresco at the welcoming seating area. In the valley of the River Evenlode, east of Stow on the Wold. Upper Oddington and neighbouring Lower Oddington join together to form the civil parish of Oddington. The market town of Stow on the Wold is just two miles away and the nearest train station can be found in Kingham (approximately three miles). Oxford is 28 miles to the south east. The village is known as one of the most desirable places to live within the Cotswolds and is surrounded by picturesque countryside, is home to two churches and a local pubs, The Fox in Lower Oddington & The Horse & Groom in Upper Oddington that have won several food and drink awards, and maintains a friendly community atmosphere.
